MO New Year’s Update

Colonel Eric T. Olson, superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, has the highway statistics for the New Year’s holiday:no one died, however 21 were injured in 44 traffic collisions and there were 50 cases of stopping drivers for DUI violations.

New MO Minimum Wage Law

With the New Year comes new laws. Nearly half a million Missourians will be getting a raise. The minimum wage is set to increase to $13.75 an hour. That’s $1.45 increase from the current minimum wage of $12.30. In 2026, it will then increase to $15.00 an hour.
