In a landmark step toward expanding inclusive athletic opportunities in Missouri schools, Special Olympics Unified Track and Field has been formally recommended as an emerging sport by key stakeholders. CG County Park

Cape Girardeau County commissioners have approved a request by Midamerica Hotels to create minor adjustments to the geography of a county park. The park superintendent plans to build a row of stores behind Melaina’s Magical Playland playground adjacent to Cape County Park North.
