A former Cape Girardeau city councilman 55 year old Rhettney Pierce could be facing prison time after his plea hearing on Monday. According to U.S. Attorney of the Eastern District of Missouri Thomas C. Albus, Pierce pleaded guilty to one count of possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine in September 2024.
