Drowned Man Identified

The Cape Girardeau Police Department responded to the Mississippi River near the Redstar access area for a report of a body in the water Tuesday. Now the person is identified as 52 year old Shane Barendregt of Illinois. An autopsy is scheduled for today to determine the cause of death.
