U.S. health officials have approved a nasal spray to treat severe allergic reactions, the first needle-free alternative to shots like EpiPen.The Food and Drug Administration said it approved the spray from drugmaker ARS Pharmaceuticals Inc. as an emergency treatment for adults and older children experiencing life-threatening allergic reactions known as anaphylaxis.

Missouri’s State Budget Director has announced that net general revenue collections for June 2024 increased 3.3 percent compared to those for June 2023, from $1.22 billion last year to $1.26 billion this year. Cape Girardeau Woman Found Dead In Mississippi River

Mississippi County Coroner Terry Parker says the body found in the Mississippi River is that of Rose Mary Weaver, 81 of Cape Girardeau. Weaver was claimed as a missing person by the Cape Girardeau Police Department last week and was last seen near Broadway and North Main Street on July 30.
