Parking restrictions are coming Saturday for the SEMO Homecoming Parade scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Beginning at 6 am parking will be offlimits including Broadway from North West End Blvd to Main Street. Other affected streets include Park Drive, Parkview, Perry Avenue, Houck Place, Bellevue and North Pacific. Watch for police directing traffic and street signage.
