News Staff Justin Turner, 44 of Sikeston, is charged for the assault that occurred recently on Park Street. The Scott County Prosecutor charged Turner with Felony Assault, Armed Criminal Action, and Trespassing First Degree. Turner was issued a no bond warrant and remains in custody.
