Missouri Net General Revenue

Missouri’s State Budget Director has announced that net general revenue collections for June 2024 increased 3.3 percent compared to those for June 2023, from $1.22 billion last year to $1.26 billion this year. The numbers include individual income tax collections, sales tax and use collection and corporate income and franchise collection accounts.

Cape Girardeau Woman Found Dead In Mississippi River

Mississippi County Coroner Terry Parker says the body found in the Mississippi River is that of Rose Mary Weaver, 81 of Cape Girardeau. Weaver was claimed as a missing person by the Cape Girardeau Police Department last week and was last seen near Broadway and North Main Street on July 30.
