A registered sex offender Thomas Stroud Jr who’s also served time on a federal conviiction on child porn charges has pled guilty to new child porn charges in Missouri according to the U.S. State Attorney’s office. Stroud appeared for his guilty plea hearing Tuesday before United States District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. at the federal courthouse in Cape Girardeau. HE faces a minimum of 10 years and up to 20 years for the charges.
