Out of Bloomfield, MO Patrick Varner is beginning a 20 year sentence in the MO Department of Corrections for rape charges and child porn. Prosecuting Attorney Sawyer Smith represented the State of Missouri in the negotiated plea deal. Smith said Varner will be required to register as a Tier III sex offender for the rest of his life.
