The city manager of Poplar Bluff will begin 2026 with a court date in Mississippi.It comes after Robert Knodell’s arrest back on October 4, 2025, for driving under the influence.The deputy writing the report describes arriving on the scene and seeing Knodell’s vehicle turned sideways on highway 713 north of I-69 with deputies blocking him in because they reported finding Knodell asleep at the wheel and the 2021 Ford still in drive.
