Cape Girardeau Fire Chief Randy Morris was pleased to award clinical life save awards to 911 Lead Communicator Robbie Ralph, Communicator Esther Williams, and Communicator Dan King. On September 30th a 911 call was received for a patient who was barely breathing. Due to the quick thinking of this team, they upgraded call to assign additional units to assist in advanced care. The patient who was initially found in cardiac arrest ended up making a full recovery.
