Cape Girardeau Police responded to the 800-Block of William for a report of an armed robbery last Friday. The victim advised he received a phone call from a female subject requesting a refund of her rent. A short time later, the victim received a phone call from a man, later identified as Khelby Calmese (38) of Cape Girardeau.
