A man 37 year old Mark Bell was arrested in connection with a fight that led to a stabbing in Cape Girardeau this past Saturday morning. Bell of Cape Girardeau, was charged with felony first-degree assault, felony armed criminal action and felony unlawful use of a weapon.He is currently being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond. According to Cape Girardeau police, they responded to the 0-100 block of South West End Boulevard.
