In honor of United States Army Chief Warrant Officer Three Andrew “Drew” Gunnison Cully, Governor Mike Kehoe has ordered U.S. and Missouri flags be flown at half-staff at government buildings in the State for one full day on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from sunrise to sunset. Cully was among four soldiers who recently lost their loves in a training accident.
