Fifer, allegedly admitted to having remaining deposits of $9,179.82 and left the state. A warrant has been issued for her arrest on four counts of stealing, with a bond set at $10,000. Additionally, she faces animal neglect charges after unattended animals at her residence died. Fifer has a prior conviction in Florida for embezzling over $93,000, resulting in jail time and probation.
