A toddler is back home safe after an alleged kidnapping incident, Tuesday afternoon. According to the St. Francois County Sheriff’s Department it received a report from a mother, claiming her 1-year-old child had been taken without consent by two men. One was identified as the child’s relative, while the other man had a previous relationship with the mother. A Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper located the suspect vehicle near Highway B outside of Doe Run and arrested Derick Horn and Daniel Clover, both from Bonne Terre.
