A southeast Missouri woman 25 year old Breanna McClinton is accused of taking thousands of dollars from a woman with dementia.McClinton is charged with financial exploitation of an elderly disabled person and trespassing. According to court documents, the Sikeston Department of Public Safety arrested McClinton on Monday, April 14 following a month-long investigation into a complaint from a family member of the 75-year-old victim.Investigators say the arrest came after McClinton took the victim to the bank in an attempt to withdraw money; however, a bank employee who knew about the investigation prevented the transaction.
