The serial killer responsible for the March 1998 murders of a mother and daughter in Portageville killed another woman in Kentucky that same year. That’s according to authorities in Lexington, who identified Robert Brashers as their killer in a video release posted to social media on Wednesday.In the video, officers say Brashers shot and killed 43-year-old Linda Rutledge on November 7, 1998, at her parents’ hearing aid store, where she worked, then set a fire at the business in an effort to cover up the crime.
