Following a vehicle search by Scott County Sheriff’s deputies finding suspected fentanyl and other drug paraphernalia three people two men and woman wanted in Ste. Genevieve County were arrested Friday afternoon. The Scott County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a suspicious vehicle at the General Watkins Conservation Area campground off Park Road. Investigators found two men and a woman, ranging in age from 42 to 22, all with active warrants out of Ste. Genevieve County for failure to appear on drug-related charges and for providing false id information. Sheriff Derick Wheetley said all three drug suspeects have lengthy criminal records spread across multiple states.
