According to Scott County’s Sheriff and the U.S. Marshals Service and Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office executed an arrest warrant at the trailer park home of 32 year old Andrew Hanks. KFVS reports the home on Mauna Kaui in Benton Tuesday Hanks had outstanding warrants in Cape Girardeau County, including felony stealing a motor vehicle, aggravated fleeing and unlawful possession of a firearm.
