A man 42 year old Daniel Mertz is accused of making threatening online statements directed at the Missouri governor and his family. Mertz of St. Charles was charged with one count of first-degree stalking and one count of first-degree harassment. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, they were notified on December 16 of threatening and harassing statements posted online directed toward Governor Mike Kehoe and members of his family.
