36 year old Allen Walker a convicted murderer in Cape Girardeau is back behind bars, now charged with harassment and sexual misconduct being accused of of exposing himself to a female coworker on Saturday. According to the probable cause statement, Walker was released from prison less than four months ago freed after being charged in 2010 for the death of his 7-week-old son. He pleaded guilty to that charge in 2012 and was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
