Cape Girardeau police arrested a man Monday, 30 year old Connor Oetzel for allegedly unlawfully using a firearm while intoxicated.According to a Cape Girardeau Police Department news release, police officers responded to a report of shots fired at the 1300 block of Amblewood Drive. Officers allegedly found Oetzel behind a residence.He’s being held in the Cape Girardeau County jail in lieu of a 10-thousand dollar bond
