According to the Cape Girardeau Police Department, officers were called to S. Plaza Way at around 7 p.m. on Monday for an armed robbery report.Officers spoke with three employees outside the store, who said the suspect, later identified as 54-year-old Wilbur Lively III, came into the business and kept asking one of them for help with a box. However, this employee said they did not feel comfortable about the situation.They told police that Lively walked around the store multiple times and kept going into the employee-only area. It’s also reported Lively threatened a worker with a knife.
