In Butler County an officer-involved shooting in Neelyville is under investigation. According to Butler County Sheriff Mark Dobbs, 911 calls began to light up with no one talking overnight on Tuesday.He said a call then came in and the reporting party was whispering.The sheriff said the dispatcher recognized the voice of the person calling as someone whom the sheriff’s department has dealt with in numerous domestic violence situations involving the caller.The suspect was identified as 26-year-old Jordion Bell of Neelyville.According to the sheriff, Bell was holding a knife to the throat of the reporting party.
