38 year old David Bollinger is now charged in connection to a felony after he allegedly helped a fugitive, Andrew Hanks in Benton to avoid being arrested on Tuesday. The information is according to Scott County Sheriff Derick Wheetley. Hanks was wanted on multiple outstanding warrants in Cape Girardeau County, including felony stealing a motor vehicle, aggravated fleeing and unlawful possession of a firearm. Meanwhile there’s an arraignment hearing for Hanks today at 1030 this morning.
