An investigation into alleged elder abuse at a facility in Cape Girardeau County has led to charges against three women from southeast Missouri.23-year-old Jersey Stratman, Jacquilynne Doyle and 48-year-old Martez Johnson are each charged with one count of felony harassment.Online court documents state the women are accused of mistreating multiple residents at an unnamed facility in Cape Girardeau County that included using a spray water bottle on residents while they slept and removing covers and a blanket from a resident.The women are due in court later this morning.
