On Halloween night the Sikeston Department of Public Safety received a ShotSpotter alert. The alert advised officers of gunshots detected in the 800 block of W. Gladys. As officers investigated and searched for the crime scene, a second victim with gunshot wounds had been located inside an apartment on W. Gladys. Kyle Hill was arrested as the suspect in the domestic disturbance case.
