Southeast Missouri State University’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) has brought on a new small business counselor. According to the Southeast Missourian Caitlan Hester, herself a SEMO graduate, will work with clients to develop business plans and create financial projections.“We’re very excited to expand the SBDC team and increase our capacity to work with businesses across the region. Small businesses are vital to our economy.
