Scott County Sheriff Derick Wheetley says his deputies arrested a felon 41 year old James Johnson of Bertrand after he was found with a gun and drugs.Wheetley says his deputies responded to County Highway 480 after a report of a suspicious person.Investigators say they found several spent .22 caliber shell casings on the ground where Johnson was standing.
