The Cape Girardeau Police Department arrested a man Friday, Nov. 14, for allegedly biting a person’s finger and grabbing them by the throat. He’s 25 year old Scotty Ross of Cape Girardeau and is being held in the Cape Girardeau County jail in lieu of a $30,000 bond.According to a probable-cause statement, police officers responded to a domestic disturbance Wednesday. Apparently a person told police the person has to go to another address to get away from Ross and have someone call the police.
