The Cape Girardeau Police Department arrested a man Sunday 32 year old Domonique Smith of Cape Girardeau for allegedly hitting a woman in the middle of an argument. Smith is being held in the Cape Girardeau County jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond. Also according to the Southeast Missourian the Cape Girardeau Police Department arrested a man Sunday for allegedly choking a woman in October.Joshua L. Poole, 39, of Marble Hill is being held in the Cape Girardeau County jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
