In observance of the Veterans Day holiday, the City of Jackson Sanitation Department will not operate on Tuesday, November 11. Residents whose garbage is normally collected on Tuesday will have their trash picked up on Wednesday, November 12. All other collection routes for the week will remain on their regular schedules. In addition, the Jackson Recycling Center and yard waste pits will be closed all day on Tuesday, November 11.
