The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced today the opening of a Disaster Loan Outreach Center (DLOC) in Cape Girardeau County to assist businesses, private nonprofit (PNP) organizations and residents affected by severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes and flooding occurring March 30-April 8. Now in the second day SBA customer service representatives are on hand at the Disaster Loan Outreach Center in Jackson to answer questions and assist with the disaster loan application process between the hours of 9am to 6 pm.
