The Meadow Heights School District will soon be unveiling a $5.3 million FEMA safe room, which will also serve as the district’s main gym.According to the Southeast Missourian on Sunday, Nov. 2, the district is planning an open house from to 2 to 4 p.m.”We will have a ribbon cutting at 2 p.m. in front of the building and a brief ceremony at 2:15,” Nanney said. “The building will be open for patrons to view from 2-4.”
