Cape Girardeau police officers have arrested 23 year old Destiny Batchelor and charged her with a variety of weapons crimes after officers responded to a car crash about a week ago. They found a blue 2023 Dodge Charger with temp tags having sustained heavy front-end damage and two bullet holes on the driver side. Batchelor was driving a 2015 Chrysler 300 with no plates and chased the victim through several Cape streets firing a gun recklessly. Batchelor is being held on a 100-thousand dollar bond.Her first court appearance is set for tomorrow.
