Crews responded to a crash on Interstate 55 in Cape Girardeau County Tuesday night near the 105 mile marker by the Fruitland exit. According to Sgt. Clark Parrott with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, there were three vehicles involved, and injuries were reported.
