The Cape Girardeau Police Department arrested a man 36 year old Lucas Neal of Jackson Wednesday for pouring gasoline at the rear of a residence and trespassing. According to a probable-cause statement, Neal poured gasoline out of a five-gallon gas can in the rear of a residence and on the front porch while wearing a hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants with his face concealed. A homeowner allegedly saw Neal walking across the porch via surveillance video.Neal is being held iin the Cape Girardeau Coounty jail in lieu of a 100 thousand dollar bond.
