As part of Child Passenger Safety Week, September 21-27, the Cape Girardeau Safe Communities, Southeast Coalition for Roadway Safety and other safety advocates will host the free checks.Parents and guardians can visit an inspection station at locations in Bloomfield, Fredericktown, Hayti, Jackson, Kennett, Licking, Park Hills, Perryville, Sikeston and Van Buren.
