“The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Missouri has a new CEO & and a building of their own. Former CEO, Matt McDonald, spent the last 2 years revitalizing the organization, and now he has taken a job out of state. The Board of Directors has hired one of their own to continue the mission of serving under-resourced kids. The new CEO is Debbie Carter, most recently the Assistant Director of the TRIO program at Southeast Missouri State University.
