Perryville is the newest location for a Safe Haven Baby Box in Missouri. A blessing ceremony for the Safe Haven Baby Box was held at the Perry County Joint Justice Center Monday.The founder of Safe Haven Baby Box joined Perry County leaders at the ceremony. Father Anthony Dosen conducted the blessing.According to the Safe Haven Baby Box organization, the boxes allow parents in crisis to safely and legally surrender their newborns anonymously.
