The Jackson Police Department arrested 30 year old Nicholas Daniels for allegedly violating a protection order and fleeing police Saturday. According to the Southeast Missourian Daniels of Jackson is being held at the Cape Girardeau County jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond. According to a probable-cause statement, police responded to a violation. The probable cause states the victim told police that Daniels came to her residence and yelled about seeing their child. After the victim didn’t respond, Daniels allegedly tapped on the window and came to the front door.
