Cape Girardeau Public Schools is honored as two Terry W. Kitchen Central Junior High administrators were given awards by the Southeast Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals. Garett Cook was awarded the Regional Middle Level Principal of the Year while Halley Russell was awarded the Middle Level Assistant Principal of the Year.
