Investigators with the Cape Girardeau Police Department have identified the suspect from a weapon violation incident in April as Lizandro Sanchez-Carmona (19) of Moline, IL. The Cape Girardeau County Prosecutors Office formally charged Sanchez-Carmona with class A felony assault in the first degree and felony armed criminal action. Lizandro is currently being held with no bond and awaiting extradition.
