According to the Southeast Missourian a judge ordered Bollinger County to pay more than $400,000 to a woman and her son in connection with a lawsuit having to do with three drowning deaths in 2019.The court action sought money for the damages incurred Nov. 30, 2019, on Bollinger County Road 356 at or about Little Whitewater Creek.
