In a landmark step toward expanding inclusive athletic opportunities in Missouri schools, Special Olympics Unified Track and Field has been formally recommended as an emerging sport by key stakeholders. The proposal now awaits a final decision from the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) Board of Directors.
