The National Weather Service office in Paducah, Kentucky reports issuing 10 tornado warnings for Southeast Missouri counties Wednesday.Warnings were issued for Carter and Ripley counties then Wayne, Butler, Bollinger and Perry counties followed by Cape Girardeau five minutes later. the warning confirmed a tornado passed through.
