A Jackson woman is accused of damaging a Tesla. According to online court records, the car’s cameras recorded Rebecca McCormick scratching the vehicle as it was parked on South High Street recently.The owner of the vehicle reported the incident to police on April 1, saying a woman “keyed” the car, according to a probable cause statement.Through an investigation, police identified McCormick as the suspect.The owner of the Tesla told police the scratches caused more than $3,000 in damage.
