The flood warning along the Mississippi River has shifted southward. It’s now in effect from near Price Landing in southern Scott County down to the Arkansas border. The Cape Girardeau area is no longer under a flood warning, but Dorena (Door-REE-nah), New Madrid (MAD-drid), and Caruthersville are.
